When I was 8 years old, I noticed an elderly man named Harry who was always alone, especially during Christmas. My mother and I decided to make him a hamper, and seeing his face light up when he received it stayed with me forever.
That moment taught me the profound power of kindness and inspired my lifelong commitment to caring for others. It showed me that sometimes the smallest gestures can make the biggest difference in someone's life.
After years of working in various care settings, I realised that many families were struggling to find reliable, compassionate care that truly understood their needs. That's when I founded Millan Cares - to provide the kind of personal, trustworthy service that I would want for my own family.
